Jr Baker comments: Remembering Bennet Lake -From the upper end looking back toward the boat house and dam.
The entrance to Bennett Lake was on the left just before the children’s home heading south on West Point road. I believe the flood of 98 was the one which washed away the dam and made the whole thing disappear.
